Quick Fixes — Read This Before Returning
- “They look cloudy or scratched.” Each shape ships with protective film on both sides. Peel it off — the clear surface is underneath.
- “They warped.” PETG softens above about 70°C (160°F). See “Heat” below before using a heat gun, oven, heat press or hot resin.
- “Paint peels off.” PETG is smooth. Lightly scuff with fine sandpaper, clean with isopropyl alcohol, and use a primer or paint made for plastics.

- 12 shapes per pack, 1.6mm (1/16") clear PETG.
- 3.75" (95mm) Circles, Squares, Hexagons, Triangles, Pentagons, Ovals and Stars; 3" (76mm) Squares.
Heat
Not for sublimation, heat presses or ovens. PETG softens at about 70°C (160°F) — far below sublimation temperatures.
- Most craft resins are fine. Very large or thick pours can get hot as they cure — pour in thinner layers.
- Keep away from ovens, irons, heat presses and heat guns.
Ideas
- Stencils — trace around them or use them as masks for paint and ink.
- Ornament and gift-tag blanks — paint, decoupage, vinyl or paint pen.
- Coaster or resin bases.
- Classroom geometry — the shapes are accurate enough to tessellate and measure.
- Laser engraving.
Looking After Your Shapes
- Leave the film on until you need them; it stops scratches in storage.
- Clean with isopropyl alcohol or soapy water. No acetone.
When to Email Us
Email sales@clpa.au with your order number and a photo if your tool arrives damaged, you ordered the wrong size, or a printed line looks off-register. We aim to reply within one Brisbane business day — if you are in the USA or UK, remember we are a day ahead. We make every tool in-house, so we can usually replace, exchange or quote a custom size faster than a return would take.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition — see our Refund Policy. Every CLPA tool carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Bought on Amazon? Amazon’s return policy applies to your order, and our warranty still covers the tool.
